We know and understand this and that's why we offer a return policy for both original paintings and prints.

All prints are reproduced by Fine Art America / Pixels when ordering through our Online Print Gallery. If you're not happy with a purchase that you made, for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of the order date. Please note - there is not a reimbursement for the outgoing or return shipping charge unless the return is due to a defect in quality.Need to process a return? original paintings
If it happens that you are not fully satisfied with an original piece of artwork it may be returned for a full refund within 14 days from the date of arrival at your residence. The first thing you should do is contact us right away and let us know you are returning the piece. The artwork must be returned in original condition. Please note - there is not a reimbursement for the outgoing or return shipping charge. Your funds will be given back to you once we receive the artwork in the same condition as when we shipped it to you.other policies
